The Real Underground Cinema
From a post on BoingBoing: French officials recently discovered a well-equipped cinema/restaurant in the catacombs underneath Paris. It had electricity, phones, a bar, even "a pressure-cooker for making couscous." (This last bit confuses me, as I have made couscous many times in the past and not once did I need to break out the pressure-cooker. In there some sort of secret Parisian way of making couscous that requires such a device?) Read the original article here.

it is called a "couscousier" : Aluminium couscous cooker and its lid.
Its bottom compartment allows you to cook vegetables and meat as the semolina will gently steam and rise in the top compartment.
